3. What skills will they learn?
Children will develop flexibility, coordination, balance, posture, and body control through age-appropriate stretching, conditioning, and gymnastics fundamentals. They will learn essential skills such as bridges, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands with support, body waves, balances, turns, jumps, and introductory leap technique.
They will also begin learning rhythmic gymnastics apparatus handling, including jump rope basics, ball bounces, swings, and simple throws.
As they progress, children build strength, confidence, discipline, and body awareness while developing the foundation needed for higher-level rhythmic gymnastics programs and future competitions.
