Our Level 3 program is designed for children aged 5 to 7 years old, focusing on building foundational skills and techniques in rhythmic gymnastics.
2. What does the program include?

In this program, gymnasts begin to learn their first routines, both without apparatus and with the ball.

Training in this group is more structured, with a focus on mastering body elements and basic apparatus techniques. The program helps children develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and artistry, laying a solid foundation for their gymnastics journey.
3. What skills will they learn?

By the end of the year, students with good attendance and progress may have the opportunity to participate in competitions, showcasing the skills and routines they’ve worked so hard to perfect.
