Program Q&A
    1. What age is this program suitable for?
The Xcel Program is perfect for children who started gymnastics later or prefer a less intense training environment.
  • 2. What does the program include?

This program allows gymnasts to participate in competitions at various levels, but with a more relaxed approach. It’s designed to be accessible for everyone, without requiring specific physical abilities.

Children can enjoy rhythmic gymnastics, improve their flexibility and coordination, and enhance their overall health while having fun. The focus is on personal growth and enjoyment rather than high-pressure performance, making it a great option for anyone looking to experience the joy of gymnastics in a supportive and welcoming environment.
  • 3. What skills will they learn?
In this program, children learn routines following the Xcel rules. Depending on the number of weekly sessions and their gymnastics skills, participants may perform one, two, or three routines, with and without apparatus. Additionally, they develop all the fundamental rhythmic gymnastics techniques.

With consistent attendance and the interest of both the child and their parents, participants can transition from the Xcel program to the Development Program, enabling them to compete at higher-level competitions.
